Did you know?   75% of the cases mediated result in an agreement! 98% of people surveyed are either satisfied or very satisfied with BCDRC staff services. 82% of case participants stated mediation kept them from taking their case to court.

 

Services

 

The initial point of entry for a person or business with a dispute is the Center´s Information and Referral Program.  Program staff assist in identifying the most appropriate entities available to resolve the situation.  For more information, click on Info & Referral.

Amigos In Mediation (AIM) is a peer mediation training program to teach school faculty and students ways to resolve disputes and conficts without violence or humiliation.
